21st Amendmendment — “Fireside Chat”

This past weekend 21st Amendmendment Co-founder and Brewmaster, Shaun O’Sullivan, quietly announced the name and initial details of the brewery’s fifth canned beer release on Facebook. The beer, called Fireside Chat, is a winter holiday ale and will be released in October.

Shaun says, “The name of this 8% ABV canned craft beer — slighty spiced, is Fireside Chat. Look for it this October, you know when most holiday beers are released and the XMAS decorations show up at department stores. Ya, I know, not too thrilled about the decorations, but the beer is going to be awesome.” Continue Reading »

Full Sail Sanctuary Label

“Full Sail — “Sanctuary”

Full Sail Brewing of Hood River, Oregon started releasing some of its more experimental offerings back in 1998. The Brewmaster Reserve series is Full Sail’s current outlet for such beers, a rotating schedule of beers that seek to appeal or expand palates beyond the usual session styles. A different Brewmaster Reserve beer is released every 8 to 10 weeks. The latest addition to the line up is a Dubbel called Sanctuary. Continue Reading »

You may have noticed a drop in blog posts last week on the Mutineer Blog. This is because we were feverishly working around the clock to finish the April/May issue of Mutineer Magazine, which will be the first issue of MM nationally distributed at bookstores and newsstands across America.

Oregon brewery Full Sail has released its Brewmaster Reserve Series, Slipknot Imperial IPA, and will be available from January to the middle of March. “As the name implies, every aspect of this American style IPA is amplified – from the up-front hop aroma and bitterness to the big malt body,” said Full Sail’s Brewmaster, John Harris.
