Each year SBS Imports invites a noted brewer to co-design a beer to be brewed at De Proef. This past March, Terrapin’s Brian “Spike” Buckowski traveled to Lochristi, Belgium to collaborate with De Proef Owner-Brewmaster Dirk Naudts.
