Bio: JJ Bagley first gained experience with craft beers while owning and operating his own restaurant in California. This exposure led to a love of fine beers and ales, which motivated him to begin organizing beer and food pairing dinners and consulting for several restaurants. JJ has also traveled the world in search of unique beers to places such as Germany, England, Portugal, Antigue and Italy.

The March in Los Angeles to Legalize Cachaça
Next weekend starts the Leblon sponsored campaign to legalize cachaça. This Brazilian spirit is currently imported as “Brazilian Rum” and according to the Cachaça Declaration of Independence that is hopefully soon to be changed, “We formally and necessarily declare that cachaça is independent of, and therefore not, ‘Brazilian Rum’“.
