Bio: Erin enjoys dry sherry and strong bourbon. She is the mastermind behind culinary blog The Endive Chronicles and the motorcycle journal-blog Road to Mongolia. Jimcosky also has a book collaboration coming out sometime this century called After the Tour. Most days Erin can be found in the Mutineer Kitchen experimenting with new and exciting ways to incorporate booze into our meals. She lives in Sonoma County, California with her husband and dog.
