It’s Friday and you know what that means, it is time to put away those TPS reports and whip up a cocktail to kickoff the weekend.
This week our cocktail the Twisted Brazilian comes from Honey Salt restaurant out of Las Vegas. The drink was created by Bartender Leanne Albertoni and General Manager Steve Jerome and is based on the traditional Caipirinha from Brazil. They decided to shake things up a bit with grapefruit added for a twist on an old classic. Give it a try tonight and start your weekend off right!
2 grapefruits wedges + more to garnish
2 lime wedges + more to garnish
1.5 bar spoons sugar
1.5 Leblon Cachaca
Muddle the ingredients together, then shake hard with ice and pour over ice with 1 lime wedge and grapefruit wedge mixed in. Garnish with a lime wheel.
