Same rules for the Yeast Series, this time with varying yeast strands. The Single Hop Series will be on draught and the Yeast Series will be in bottle format. The story of Mikkeller is the story of two young home brewers, who in a few years went from hobby brewing at home in the kitchen to national and international recognition. Already in Mikkeller’s first year as a brewery, the two creators, Mikkel Borg Bjergso and Kristian Klarup Keller, were named Danish brewery of the year and the fifth best brewery in the world.
