Jamie Peha of Peha Promotions and Table Talk Radio, who brought us recent events such as Seattle Food & Wine Experience and Merlot Gone Mad, is at it again with an event focused on, you guessed it, Blends. BLEND will feature 40 top producers from Washington State, Sonoma County and Portugal all showcasing their best blends. Amazing wines juxtaposed with the culinary stylings of numerous boutique restaurants in the Columbia Hospitality family of properties which includes the time honored Salish Lodge.
The Oitavos Hotel – Cascais, Portugal
In addition to great food and wine the event will feature two blending seminars, one with Columbia Winery and the other with Chateau Ste. Michelle, which will give attendees a chance to blend their own wines while exploring how different grape varieties impact the overall blend.
One more thing! Attendees will also have a chance to win a two-night getaways to one of the local Columbia Hospitality resorts or a five night stay at The Oitavos Hotel in Cascais, Portugal!
