On June 17th, homebrewers from around the country will descend upon Minneapolis, MN to take part in the world’s largest homebrewers conference. Organized by the American Homebrewers Association, the 32nd Annual National Homebrewers Conference is a sold-out event and is expected to bring 1,200 homebrewers to the area for three days of educational seminars, competitions, tastings. The even will culminate with the Grand Banquet and National Homebrew Competition Ceremony.
“Minnesota is home to one of the most vibrant homebrewing communities in the country. That really shows in the fantastic program the local organizing committee has put together for what will be out largest homebrewers conference ever,” said Gary Glass, director of the AHA.
It’s going to be a great event and, once again, I find myself missing what can only be an incredible gathering of great beer and good people that are constantly challenging and reinventing the craft beer culture in the United States.
