Trademark it quick! I invented the concept/term ‘microwinery’ about 12 years ago and mentioned it to the owner of Europe’s largest home brew companies. Six months later I came across a promotional piece from the company which used the phrase repeatedly to promote their new Microwinery concept, complete with TM symbol!! Not that I’m bitter….In fact, I’ve almost forgotten all about it.
