Fairhope Vintners means to have great expectations. At Fairhope the goal is to make classic wines with great aromatic complexity, flavor, classic structure and length. This Napa Valley winery is doing only one wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, so if you’re looking for something else you’re not going to find it here.

Fairhope is another company that is going green. They participate in a number of green practices in order to use and promote sustainable methods of viticulture and winemaking. Many of their growers are members of the California Certified Organic Farmers and two are undergoing certification. Fairhope is also a member of the TerraCycle program, and their used barrels are recycled and used for other purposes. Almost ever material they use is recyclable or created from recycled goods.
