It has been two weeks since Mutineer Magazine launched Nationally in major bookstores and newsstands, and early sales numbers are very promising. We’ve even been getting reports of locations selling out of their allotment. Some Borders locations carry this issue, whereas nearly all Barnes & Noble locations do have it available to purchase. If you want to know about Mutineer outlets near you, just email us and we’ll send you in the right direction.

I just returned from the National Launch promo tour last night, which wrapped up with a “Boston Launch Party” at Jonathon Alsop’s Boston Wine School, which was preceded by a VIP Reception for Boston wine writer’s and professionals. I’ll get blogs up about the adventures and stops of the tour asap. Thanks to everyone who went out and bought the current issue. The upcoming issue is looking very good, can’t wait to get it out there!

MM “FEATURE TITLE” taken w/ Blackberry @ Barnes and Noble Boulder Colorado … that’s Sarah JJs cuz in pic #2. Of course this excitment inspired a terrific thirst that had to be satisfied with some enthusiastic pub hopping on downtown pearl street mall in Boulder. Rock on Mutineer.

Check out Mutineer Editor Alan Kropf's interview with Carly Milne on Digital City as he dishes on a subject he rarely touches: The best wineries in America. Beware, may include such descriptors as "scary good", "soul rattling" and "phenomenal".
