Bowser Beer…Beer for Dogs?

Beer
04.28.2009

Bowser Beer is a beer for dogs. If I was a dog, I would be very pumped about this, until I realized that the beer is non-alcoholic and beer or chicken flavored (Bakon Vodka anyone?).

Bowser Beer

This non-alcoholic, non-hopped “beer” will get your dog to party and enjoy life to the fullest. It’s made with pure malt barley for shiny coats, glucosamine for healthy joints, and made-from-scratch beef/chicken broth.

Suggested serving size for large dogs is one bottle, while small dogs get a quarter bottle, but what if you have a small dog with a big thirst, or what if your dog begins drinking Bowser Beer to escape from the corporate-esque pressures of doggie life? Only one way to find out…

In other news, Mutineer Web Guy Jeff is writing the people at Bowser Beer with great vengeance and furious anger to find out why there is no trout beer for his wily feral cats…

The pictures are of Casey, our Westie, and Dax the wonder Rotty and were taken at former Bowser Beer HQ in Oxon Hill, MD. Close to 99 Bottles but they unfortunately have never been there. Both are now living the high life with poster-model Maggie the Mastiff (who graced our original labels and is still seen on the carton) in Scottsdale AZ where we moved last year.

As for Trout Vodka, we find most cats like the Cocka-Doodle Brew just fine.

Beer is abailable at a store near you (check website for locations) or on Amazon.com in the grocery.

The beer is all human grade, but unless you like your beef soup with natural barley malt sugars, I wouldn’t recommend it. Enjoy.
