Elysian BiFrost Winter Ale

Beer: BiFrost Winter Ale

Brewmaster: Dick Cantwell

Brewery: Elysian Brewing Co.

What is the perfect food to pair with this beer?
“Something fairly hearty and with its hop character it could go with something spicy such as Indian food”

Describe this ale in five words.
“Smooth, hoppy and deceptively drinkable”

Why should this be someone’s go to holiday beer?
“There is a certain clarity to this beer, this one is more of a pale beer not the darker sweeter type that is hard to wade through”

Trying to get through the cold of winter is always made easier with seasonal ale. Elysian Brewing Co. has their BiFrost Winter Ale, that according to the website means “The rainbow bridge made from fire, air and water, used by the gods to travel from the world tree, Yggdrasil, to the heavens. Asgard.” Nothing like a little ancient jargon to get me interested in trying a new brew.
