Playboy is teaming up with wineries to get Playboy cover girls from the 60’s and 70’s onto wine labels. This idea sounds infallible to me. Winery partners include Schug, St. Supery, Gargiulo and Janzen.
Adam Smith would be proud. The wineries are doing what they know best, and Playboy is doing what it knows best, creating a bottle of wine that I think of being more of a tribute to everything awesome in the universe.
The project was inspired by the success of Marilyn Wines’ partnership with Playboy in which they featured Marilyn Monroe’s centerfold from the inaugural 1953 issue of Playboy, which unsurprisingly was really popular.
