I was reading over some events this morning and this one stood out to me, I couldn’t help but share:

The event: Cerveceria El Petit Apolo
The Location: Barcelona, Spain

So really this is not an event, it is actually more like a beer garden that was setup for the hell of it. At this beer garden you can stop in and grab a quick bite to eat and a beer of your liking. Now here’s the great part – you don’t have to order your beer, each table has its own beer on tap. You can sit there and enjoy your meal while having unlimited access to the beverage of your choice. All I have to say is, count me in. This will definitely be on my activities list if I ever make it to Barcelona.

Whoa. Nice find, Sam. Does each table have a few beers on tap to choose from, or each table has only one beer?

From what i have gathered each table has a few different beers on tap and the great part about it is that each patron gets a drink card before sitting down. As each drink is consumed you mark your card. This provokes the competitive spirit of the patrons and most often table battle it out to see who can consume the most beers.

Ultimate Beer Battle, I see chariot rides to the hospital and pink elephants in the ER. Then back to beer garden for me.
